Hai,
After a couple of months of creating this blog, I think I'm about ready to take dieting more seriously. Haha. So, hope people enjoy following my journey to weight lost. I will try to keep personal matters (my emo side and family matters) away from this blog and focus strictly on dieting tips, exercise, counting calories and my progress to getting the ideal weight and healthy living. Will also showcase some successful stories from coaches and ordinary people on how they got to their ideal weight. Once I reach my ideal weight, I will focus on maintaining my well-toned body. Hoping to get many followers and supporters in this one.
I am a firm believer in exercise and proper nutritional dieting. Therefore, I won't be taking any supplements or dietary products. I will focus my weight lost strictly on exercising. I am hoping by the end of my semester break in late early september 2013, I would have reach 80% towards my ideal weight which is 65-70.
Opps! I think before I go on any further, I should probably introduce myself.

Reasons for weight lost : I'm tired of feeling tired and slow. I want to feel healthy and lively. No more endless sleeping or eating. I'm gonna do more chores around the house as well as fight my anger issues (I think my health effects my temper). No more looking at joggers around my house in envy. I want to get moving! I want to be fit! Overall, I'm doing this not because I think that by being skinnier I would feel happy, no! I'm doing this because I want to give inspiration for my family to live better lives. Enough is enough! No more fighting! No more screaming! More patience and control. Yup!
